SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT (YEARS 8–9)

The School Development program focuses on skill development, fitness, and fun. This 16-week winter training block prioritises Crew Boat Rowing while introducing small boat handling and land-based training.

Program Features:

• Crew boats and single sculls during daylight hours

• Dry land training, erg sessions, and strength & conditioning (Open group sessions)

• Supportive and inclusive training environment

• Designed to prepare athletes ahead of their school rowing season
