PERFORMANCE PROGRAM (U17–U23)

Our year-round Performance Program is by application only and targets athletes aiming to compete at State, National, or International levels. This group includes athletes working toward Australian team selection or recruitment into US University Rowing Programs.

Key Features:

• High-performance training environment

• Access to expert coaching, S&C support, and Mentorship

• Athlete selection based on performance standards and prognostics

• Approval by the Head Coach and Club Committee required

• Future potential opportunities based on prognostic times, to attend and target international regattas such as: Women’s Henley (UK), Henley Royal Regatta, Canadian Henley, NZ Christmas Regatta
