Surfers Paradise Rowing Club Pathways Programs are designed to support Rowers at every stage of their journey, from Junior Development to National Representation and US University Recruitment.

Training groups are now streamed based on performance level and individual goals, ensuring each Athlete receives tailored coaching and support.
